NOTE: Contract does not include design. 
DESIGN WORK: Two hour minimum @ $55/hr; after two hours billed in 30 minute increments. 

NEXT SCHEDULED PAYMENT DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE 
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment is considered late if not received by the 16th and will be assessed a $20.00 service charge plus a 5% late fee of unpaid balance. There will be a $35 service charge for any returned checks. 

NON-PAYMENT: Contract will be considered in default for non-payment on the 16th and ad will be pulled. IF AD IS PULLED ADVERTISER REMAINS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AGREEMENT AND WILL BE BILLED ACCORDINGLY. 

PRE-PAID ANNUAL CONTRACTS  RECEIVE A THIRTEENTH MONTH FREE! 

CANCELLATION: A 30% fee on the unpaid balance of this agreement will be charged to the advertiser upon the advertiser’s written 30 day notice of intent to cancel prior to the publication date. 

ERRORS: In Light Times is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions of copy. We will not be responsible for errors unless they have been plainly marked on the advertiser’s proof sheet. If corrections are shown on the proof sheet, the publisher’s sole responsibility will be limited to the actual cost of the space used in the ad or publication of a correction notice. 

ADS RESEMBLING NEWS: Advertising which resembles news stories shall be marked as advertorial and charged at display ad rates. All subject to publisher's approval.

CLOSING DATES: 1 st of the month for the following month's issue.

PRINTING DATES: In Light Times will be distributed between the first and seventh of each month. If an issue is not published due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Publishers control, all contracts shall be extended. One time dated advertisements will receive a full refund if publication is not printed for that month. 

AD APPROVAL: All advertising is subject to the publisher’s approval.
