Living in Partnership with Planet Earth
By Jackie Woods
Mother Earth has been busy lately. Solar flares have been erupting from the sun
in huge magnitude. Magnetic storms have been trying their best to create
movement. Plus earthquakes and the resulting tsunamis have actually altered
Earth’s physical structure by changing the position of its axis.
If you are an earthquake or tsunami victim, you will be extremely aware of how
all this is personally impacting you. However, for those of you who only
experience these tragedies by watching them on television, or keeping up with
them through the Internet, you may not be motivated to take action.
Whether you are aware of it or not, the dramatic climatic changes that are
presently happening are personally impacting you as well as them. It has finally
soaked into our collective consciousness that the economics of one country in
the world sends out waves that either help or hinder the economy of other
countries. But it doesn’t seem that the majority of people have physically
grasped how a 9.1 earthquake in Japan is capable of affecting them personally
thousands of miles away.
The saying, “as above so below,” has been around for a long time, which usually
applies to the fact that higher vibrational truths manifest into everyday lives.
Also, the scientific fact that DNA has a long lineage has been around for a
while. These two simple understandings both point to the fact that everything,
from the higher vibrations to the lower, and from the past to the present,
relate to each other.
It might be nice if we could separate ourselves from the rest of the world by
building a safe cocoon around our home, job, and loved ones, but we can’t. When
an earthquake in Japan causes a tsunami that results in damage to the west coast
of the U.S., then the economy of the west coast will be altered (maybe slightly,
but altered), and that can cause food prices to shift, since a lot of U.S. food
is grown there. Then of course all the production that goes on in Japan will
make a difference in the import/export businesses its production touches.
It isn’t that any of this is news. However, for many people this knowing hasn’t
yet made its way into personal action. We say, “Isn’t that awful what happened
to those poor people.” Or we may even go so far to say, “I would love to help
them but I don’t know how.” Thinking those people over there are separate from
you is the big block to personal action. Anything that happens to those people
over there is happening to you. It may just take a while for what is happening
to them to reach you.
How “those people over there” think is going to impact the mass consciousness of
which you are a part. What “those people over there” do with their money is
going to affect your financial well-being. The honor, or dishonor, of a group of
people can never be done in isolation.
It is true you can’t run over to Japan and take care of their physical needs,
nor can you sit in on the board meetings of our world banks. You can be
responsible for such things as recycling your waste products and being a good
steward of natural resources. A simple action such as taking a shower every two
days instead of every day can bring wisdom from the higher-mind to the lower
consciousness of our planet. This simple action will also institute an awareness
of honoring our resources in those close to you.
It is important to read the bigger script of what is happening on planet Earth
and realize it is a message for you to take more personal action in your life.
The positive personal action you take will help to counteract the negative
actions of those who act in fear, or the inaction of those who still see
themselves as separate from the rest of the planet.
It is your choice to live in partnership or to live in separation and thus live
in denial. If you are already taking steps toward partnership with planet Earth,
then spread the word of its importance.
