An Interview with Victoria Stitzer &
Dr. Peter Huddleston

ILT: Transformations has so many different treatments, services and programs available. I see you provide hair analysis, DNA testing, NLP, EFT, SFT, hypnotherapy, massage to salt rock ionization, Vegan classes, Reiki classes and so much more. Do you have more services on the horizon that you are bringing to Transformations?
VS: We are always searching for better ways to be of service; to help our clients and make a difference in the world. Recently, we have brought to Transformations some of the most amazing Sound Healing equipment and techniques facilitated by Regina Murphy, who is well known in Vegas for her healing work and expertise. Currently, we are working on bringing in diagnostic tools and healing techniques as well as equipment having to do with nutrition, weight loss and beauty enhancement.

PH: We are also adding Body Sculpting to our menu. This entails toning, firming, flexibility and shaping.

ILT: Peter, let us talk a little about your expertise. I understand you balance a body’s chemistry based on their own DNA - how does that work?
PH: The DNA testing works through Tissue-Mineral Analysis by extracting a small sample of hair from the back of the neck (no, you won’t be bald after I do that! J) . This sample goes to the lab, for analyses and then I receive a comprehensive report. This report is a blueprint of the person’s body chemistry, showing interrelationships of minerals-to-minerals, to foods, to toxic metals, and vitamins. This totally eliminates the guesswork, as we now know specifically what vitamins, minerals, foods, how many and the time of the day we need to take these to correct the existing imbalances and predisposition to certain conditions, and maintain stability, thus eliminating energy fluctuations.

ILT: What exactly is Neuro-chemical screening?
PH: It’s a test that evaluates the chemicals of the brain for conditions such as Autism, ADD-ADHD, Panic Disorders, Depression, Insomnia. Then, we create a protocol for treating and monitoring the progress. The lab will recommend and compound appropriate botanical and/or herbal cream or powder that is totally natural.

ILT: How does Saliva Mineral analysis thru DNA testing work and how accurate is it?
PH: This particular test is based on Circadian Rhythm of the body. It’s done in 4 steps over a 24-hour period. The accuracy is dependant upon the accuracy of the actual collection of the samples.

ILT: Peter, how does what you do help in the anti-aging process?
PH: Re-educating people as to how to improve the quality of their lives by slowing down or by reversing the aging process. As the Ancient Confucius say, “The Art of Living is to die young… but, as late as possible!”

ILT: How beneficial is the Human Growth Hormone - how does it help?

ILT: What are some of the most important things we can do toward a healthy lifestyle?
VS: Take responsibility! Responsibility is our ability to respond appropriately. Learn to respond to stress with peace and tranquility. Take full responsibility for your choices and for the outcome of your life without judgment or blame.

Learn to love yourself. Realize we are in a constant state of change. When we love ourselves, our changes are positive. That raises our vibrations. Realize your body is a temple of God. Treat it with respect. Learn about nutrition and appropriate physical activity for your body type.Add living food to your diet. That will raise your vibrations and contribute to longevity, anti-aging, mental clarity and better your over-all health.

Take action. Knowledge without action = stagnation. Make necessary adjustments (including your attitude!) so that all the things you would have to do to improve your health and well-being become a choose to do! That puts you in control, gives you confidence and charges you with enthusiasm and high energy.

PH: I believe we need to do more stress reduction, eat correct food choices and physical activity.

ILT: So what I hear you saying is, Transformations Anti-aging MedSpa is a wellness center offering a wide range of healing modalities to bring about a healthy lifestyle?

ILT: What would you like to impart to our readers?
VS: My message is: as a poor, fragile young girl, I came to this country with absolutely nothing, no family or friends, and a quickly declining health. I was able to overcome many obstacles that served as very painful, and yet, extremely powerful lessons. If I could do it, certainly anyone—especially you who were born here in the U.S., and who were afforded every advantage—can do it too! Remember to look for opportunities and blessings in every disappointment, in every difficult situation, and trust that God will never give you more than you can handle!

PH: Remember, there is no Silver Bullet for good health. There are no shortcuts. Education, commitment and consistent affirmative action is your key to success. Your body is like a car that takes you through life from point A to point B. Except, your body is the ONLY vehicle you get in this lifetime! If you were to take care of your body as well as some of you take care of your automobile, you’d be way ahead of the game!
