ILT: With so many health challenges today, can we experience reversal of disease? Is there instant healing?

JZ: Ramtha students are all taught the knowledge of healing and reversing age. The knowledge comes first with classes on DNA, your cell biology and how one’s neuron net program of their personality is linked directly to DNA codes. When our thoughts, contained within our personality, are self destructive, insecure, reliving one’s past experiences, fear based, addicted to past emotions, unhappiness, depression, (or self assurance, joy, productivity) these neuron programs become the basis of our daily reality. These thought patterns of our personality are also the trigger in how our DNA codes our cells. If we are self destructive in our thinking, then we literally wear that destruction as our body. In other words, our DNA can code fear, hate, self destruction, joy, abundance and so on.

Now, we have a short summary of how our thinking is linked to disease and aging. Environmental effects on our health are a part of one’s reality as well. What we think does matter!

The solution is to change our thinking. I know, I know I sound like a broken record here, but these are not just words, they fit a greater knowledge of cause and effect. More and more medical scientists are linking attitude with disease. The more we understand how our collective mind affects our health, the greater our acceptance is toward changing how we view ourselves and our life.

Ramtha taught all his students back in the 80’s how to create their day. Now, armed with the knowledge that consciousness/energy create reality, each student was taught simple statements on how to create a day and everyday that can and does lead to overall health. Here is a sampling of the Create Your Day discipline:

1. This day, I have always been radiantly healthy! (Repeat this word for word slowly three times. Better if you are walking slowly doing this discipline.)

2. This day, I have always been fabulously wealthy. (Repeat phrase three times slowly. Allow yourself to see the word in your frontal lobe.)

3. This day, I am a genius. I download future potentials today. (Repeat phrase three times slowly).

At this point, you should be able to start feeling an energy surge. I call this ‘glitter’. It means that you are making the reality!

4. This day, I am filled with joy. (Repeat this phrase three times and slowly word for word.)

5. Add any other phrase you wish here; however, you must use the word always. This activates the neurons in your brain that already has this information. That is why we use ‘always’. This is how we recode our DNA with information contained as a history in specific neurons. Now our DNA processes the information into RNA that in turn allows the cells to make proteins which are the information of the phrase you just said. These proteins are what change the cell structure.

We can go from ill health to radiant health; from aging cells to 30 years younger cells. We have all the potentials contained in the quantum field right within the DNA structure! Amazing, huh?

Create your day, daily. At work, walking to the bathroom, going to lunch, you can be saying; “I have always been a genius for as long as I can remember” or “I have always been radiantly healthy for as long as I can remember” or “I have always been fabulously wealthy.”

ILT: Who is God?

JZ: You are.

ILT: Are we playing out the final days of our existence or will we be moving into the 5th and 6th dimension?

JZ: We don’t necessarily move to other dimensions but rather to another reality of our world. Remember that the ‘many words concept’ of quantum physics. Right now, there are many Earths, many different lives than the one we are currently living as a whole. What allows us to shift to a different reality is our ability to live as though we are already in the reality of a different future. Not all will understand this and so their destiny is with this timeline. Others understand that there are alternatives and choose to live in those.

ILT: JZ, I wish to thank you so much for your time. I have one last question. What message would you like to impart?

JZ: Hmmm, well, I want everyone to know that ‘they are the greatest mystery’, not stone hinge or any hinge, but themselves. If each of you would pursue the journey of your own self discovery, to really learn how your brain works, what really is consciousness/energy, the mechanics of how matter is made, the real structure of energy, and most important how all of this ties into building your life of things and your DNA to make the body you want, you would be astonished at just how truly marvelous and wonderful each of you are! You could then have a true understanding of what a remarkable being you are with all this capacity to create something out of nothing!

What could stop any of you once you knew you could do anything including a new future now for yourselves! Once on the journey of solving your mystery, then at last, you will understand how God could be in you. A divine creator that is what you are. I would so love for everyone to know this! (Smile)
