 Where Do We Go From Here?

As the New Year begins I sense an urgency within the fabric of the Universe. Time, as we know it, is speeding along at a much accelerated pace and people everywhere are scrambling to keep up.
Controversies continue to split people of all nations and many times the light appears to be overshadowed by the darkness.
I believe many of us are amazed and incensed at the senselessness of crimes as-well-as the unconsciousness of humanity as a whole. We are told that, “we can make a difference” and yet, when we observe the world around us, we may find ourselves questioning the validity of this statement.
When I look around I am re-minded of the diversities that make up humanity. I am astounded that our Earth is populated with 6.5+ billion people and it continues to grow. With so many people is it any wonder why we have such challenging situations?
Often I find myself contemplating how the Earth must “feel” with all the asphalt, concrete, and heavy materials being laid upon her. How long can she sustain her orbit or her existence?
Some might argue that “she” is just a planet with no consciousness; is that true? Has it not been proven that the universes and all that they contain are made up of energy and that all energy is alive—vibrating at difference frequencies? If this theory is correct, then this planet called, Earth, is alive and aliveness indicates consciousness. Perhaps it is not a consciousness like ours…however, it is a consciousness.
With this, I would like to share a possible scenario to consider. A friend once told me about how she felt that her health challenges were vicariously experienced by her car. It appeared that the car would constantly breakdown in one form or another whenever she was feeling poorly. Then, with no apparent explanation, the car would
all of a sudden begin to run well as soon as she took care of her dilemma.
Another friend recently shared with me about her car failing and how the power steering went out…making it difficult to turn and drive. As we talked about the car being a possible reflection of what was going on in her life, we saw a definite correlation between the two. After she worked through it, she realized that it was a control issue and that she wanted to “steer” her life her way rather than go with the flow. As to the power steering fluid leaking from a hose, so was her life force energy leaking from her body…which in turn created a health challenge. Overall, there was a ring of truth for her and as she explores her circumstances, perhaps the self-discovery of her universal connected-ness will bring the wisdom and knowledge to return her to wholeness.
I believe that we are somehow all connected on an energetic level and everything is infused with overlapping consequences.
Perhaps when we recognize that everything is a part of the greater whole and that when we have a “bruise” or an “epiphany” we effect the whole grid or energy matrix.
How we view ourselves as individuals and as a global family creates an impact upon our Earth. She, like the cars, “takes on” the surrounding vibrations and, for as long as she has been in existence, these energies have flowed in and through her…changing her very environment.
Like us, when we consciously work on our lives, we realize that we must let go of those behaviors and situations that no longer resonate with us. That, I believe, is exactly what’s happening with our planet.
Think about it. When our lives are falling apart, so many things around us reflect that vibration and yet, when we are in alignment and balanced, so are our lives.
In many ways what is happening to us as a global society is happening to Mother Earth. She is so weary with all the “dumping” of energy and the vibrations we emit that she is in essence rebelling. She is reflecting back to us our treatment of one another as-well-as our disrespect to the environment. If we were to equate the recent 9.0 earthquake with all the violence and negative energy being spent around the world, what better way to shake “things” up than an earthquake of such magnitude. And then again, look at all the devastation that the hurricanes and tornados have created. Yet, on the flipside of this coin is that, with all this destruction, there comes the unification of all souls as they work together to help one another rebuild their lives.
Humanity has always wanted to be in control of all that they have surveyed and Mother Earth has said, “Enough. You cannot control me.” This is so apparent with what has been happening with the extremes in our weather patterns and the increase of natural disasters.
She, like us, is changing and re-shaping her destiny. I believe that taking the steps to return to our innocence and goodness will allow us to survive and become one with the destiny of the universe.
As we open to the possibilities… we can become the solution rather than the problem and we, along with Mother Earth, can begin a healing process that will help us all to rediscover our own magnificent beginnings.
