Here we see an even more depressed real estate market and depressed nation challenged by its own overspending at home and at war. American people are tired of the war, the challenges of unemployment and healthcare have not gone away and getting credit in all areas will be difficult to come by.

There is an opportunity for union lobbyists, drug companies, doctors, institutions and even organizations like GreenPeace, to get money through legislation. There is a push for reforms of the legal system, the prisons, social services, funding for healthcare and higher education. These are all challenged by the need for more money for an old war. The president bears a lot of this challenge.

The greatest stress for people is the economy and talk reevaluating a need for tax increases. It looks like the discussion is not only on income tax but may include a national sales tax, a new road tax or rise in mortgage taxes. Interest rates appear to rise in this period.

There seems to be more opportunities for foreigners to purchase American businesses, land and established American institutions. Will we see Universities or hospitals owned by foreigners here in America? That’s how it looks in this period of time. The statement is the foreign enemy transforms our land causing stress to the American people and their economy.

This is not a foreign threat —it is a transformation through purchase— perhaps of our mortgages.

Interesting is the fact that good fortune is noted here as coming through our known enemies and perhaps through our spy network.

The news continues to struggle with war coverage. There may also be a continuing challenge regarding a Supreme Court judge.

The president speaks to the nation reassessing the wounds of freedom and the American people accept this nurturing.

SEPT. 22 – DEC. 21, 2005

This chart has Pluto at the Mid-heaven signaling a major transformation of the nation, national image, death of a prominent figure in a foreign country that may be at war or someone in the legal system. This death stresses the economy and the values of the country but also offers opportunity for justice, better relationships with foreign nations and a better national image around the world.

During this period the people and president are in love and if ever there was a honeymoon for a president, this is it. Americans are challenged by instability, sudden events and change but the president’s words comfort them — even though they are just idealistic statements being made.

The activity that brings out this emotional surge may take place around November 20 through 22. It appears to erupt into the news and may be the result of an earthquake or sudden challenge involving our children. There are a number of pictures here so I will share them with you. This may include a train or bus wreck, a sudden shootout in an elementary school or even in a church. It may involve transportation and could have to do with an airplane but it appears to be something on the ground. It may just be a news story that brings terrible events of the past into full view. At any rate the result is the people bonding with the president and opportunities for increased interstate communication and security for our children.

This event will turn out positive as a result of the sharing of resources by our secret service agencies.

As for the economy, it appears to be reaching a stress point where some action must be taken.

There may be a stock market crash between Thursday, September 29 and Monday October 3. This is linked to foreigners, public image, international relationships and international trade. I can’t tell how bad this will be but it is definitely calling for a major adjustment of our monetary system and it will involve legal assessments. I would use caution if you decide to invest at this time.
