Organizational Tips
Clear Space = Clear Visual Stimulation = Clear & Calm Mind Throw it, pitch it, donate it, give it, toss it, recycle it, and just get rid of it! Creating a clean and simplified environment directly correlates to a positive state of mind in many ways. Here are just a few • Clean and organized visual stimulation supports forward and positive thinking. • Efficient use of time produces calm and controlled tasks. • Purposeful tasks carried out in an efficient manner create time for personal and leisure activities. "How do I create this?" It’s simple! • Create blocks of time to clear out clutter one space at a time. Even 15 min can produce great results. • Have a friend come over and support you in clearing out what you really don’t use or need. Make sure it’s someone who can support you in this process. • Keep collections and memorabilia in moderation and under control. Having stored boxes full of these items does not support a stress free environment. • Get rid of the things you don’t use. (Really!)
