A New Generational Shift…What Is To Come?

Since the god Uranus still works with Gaia (Mother Earth), it may be a period of burying children in order to bring a new birth of beauty, the arts and idealism.

To get a better picture of any situation, we can examine the past. This has always been the foundation of astrology. It is through hindsight we get the best understanding of what is to come. So let us review some of the previous cycles of Uranus through Pisces.

1333 - 1341 The Bubonic Plague started in China in 1333, entered Constantinople in 1334. This period was also notable for a breakthrough in trigonometry and a huge number of witch burnings.

1500-1508 The Renaissance 1500 Michelangelo carved his most famous work, "David." 1503-1506, Leonardo da Vinci painted ‘The Mona Lisa."

1668 - 1675 In 1668 Newton invented the reflecting telescope. In 1670 New Virginia law stated arriving Negro Christians could not be used as slaves. 1671 the mechanical calculator was invented. In 1675 Cornelia Olfaarts was found not guilty of witchcraft. Lully created in 1675 a new operatic form. 1669 March 11 and 25 Mount Etna erupted killing 35,000.

1752 -1759 In 1752 Franklin discovers the relationship between electricity and lightning. 1752 Gregorian calendar adjusted for 11 missing days. 1752 spectacles with double-hinged sidepieces invented. 1753 first ride-up window constructed at Boswell’s Tavern, Virginia; Studies show scurvy cured with citrus fruits, nutritional epidemiology begins. November 1, 1755 earthquake in Lisbon killed over 50,000; fires and floods killed nearly a quarter of a million more. 1757 Second Coming of Christ occurred, according to followers of Swedenborg. 1759 Voltaire’s famous work, "Candide." 1759 Guinness began his famous beer company.

1835 - 1843 This cycle published some of the most outstanding writers in history including Hans Christian Andersen, Charles Dickens, Edgar Alan Poe, Balzac, Cooper and Longfellow. Works by Chopin, Verdi and Wagner dominated the music world. Inventions included the revolver (’35), the telegraph (’37), morse code (’37), Daguerreotype photography (’39), the first bicycle (’39), the blueprint (’40), the saxophone (’41), ether used for anesthesia (’42) and the facsimile in 1843. In this cycle Texas succeeded from Mexico, constitutional revolts in Canada began and ended with unification; financial panic in U.S.; U.S. Congress suppresses debates on slavery England/China Opium Wars began and ended; slave ship ‘Creole’ seized by slaves; earthquake destroys Concepcion, Chile, 5,000 died earthquake in Syria killed thousands.
